Bayleigh joins the the VSSI team following her graduation at East Tennessee State University where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2026. Throughout her clinical experience she was able to work with a variety of patient populations and orthopedic conditions, with a particular interest in sports rehab, strength and conditioning, and overall helping active individuals get back to doing what they love. Her clinical experiences included outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab at Mpower Physical Therapy in Nashville along with VSSI.
As a former college basketball player, Bayleigh understands the physical and mental demands that comes with returning to sport and activities following an injury. She is passionate about combining evidence-based physical therapy with individualized exercises and strength training to restore pain-free movement and help build confidence throughout the rehab process. She strives to develop treatment plans that are both meaningful to the patient and goal-oriented.
Bayleigh recently relocated to Lynchburg with her husband, who coaches men’s basketball at Liberty University. Outside of the clinic she enjoys staying active, spending time outside with friends and family, and traveling! She is excited to join VSSI where she will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and a collaborative environment that strives to provide exceptional patient care.
