Elke’s passion for fitness began in middle school during offseason soccer and track and field training. She describes herself as fortunate to have had a father with a keen eye for movement and dedication to progress as her coach during those years. Various injuries and health issues throughout high school and college shifted her desire from solely personal performance to an eagerness to also help others move well and excel in the activities they love.
Elke graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a B.S in Exercise Science. Overlapping with her degree, she worked as a Personal Trainer for three years and post-graduation, as a Wellness Coordinator for one and a half years. She started her Master’s Degree in Human Performance, and Graduate Assistantship with Liberty University Club Sports Strength and Conditioning in the Fall of 2021. When she isn’t coaching, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and spending quality time with church family and friends.
