Lindsey joins Virginia Sport and Spine Institute as a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Exercise Science. She brings an excellent knowledge of fitness along with her certification as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Lindsey started swimming at the age of 10 and swam competitively for 11 years. Throughout these years, she competed in nationally ranked swim meets such as YMCA Nationals Championships, Junior National Championship, TYR, and Arena Pro Series. This competitiveness carried into her collegiate career as she swam for Liberty University's NCAA women’s swim team where she placed top 8 in her events and medaled in the 200m butterfly all 4 years of competing in the CCSA Conference Championship. She also qualified to compete at national meets such as several US Open Championships and the Phillips 66 National Championship.
Lindsey uses this experience training as a D1 athlete with her clients of all ages and skill levels. Lindsey enjoys many forms of health and fitness and has been participating in CrossFit.
