Maggie joins the VSSI team with a passion for training athletes to achieve their maximum potential, primarily through strength training and conditioning. Having been an athlete for most of her life, she values the principles of functional movement and strength development. She plans to use her knowledge to help athletes to maximize their performance. Seeing the benefit that exercise and sports have had for her personally throughout many seasons of life, Maggie now has a desire to bring those benefits to others whenever possible.
Maggie graduated from Liberty University’s Master’s Degree program in Human Performance in 2021 and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Maggie was a 400-meter sprinter on Liberty University’s Division 1 Track and Field team and continues to have a passion for track and field. She spent one year as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach for Liberty University’s men’s ultimate frisbee team. Additionally, she has experience training individuals ranging from high school athletes to elderly individuals.
