Small Group Training

One of the major additions in our new facility is our gym and turf areas which allow us to integrate our rehabilitation and our training.  We have assembled an experienced and talented staff of performance coaches to lead our evening youth group training.  We also offer morning and mid-day adult individual and small group training.  We have listed our youth training class information below.  


Pillar of our Group Training: (SPEED, 3D SPEED, EXPLODE)


Middle School (5-8th grade)  

High School (9-12th grade)


Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 5-6p, 6-7p, 7-8p. 


Middle School and Highschool groups will both be offered at 5p, 6p and 7p.  New Youth athletes will attend a free screening on Saturdays where we will get a baseline on their movement and teach proper warm-up and cool-down routines.  Group Training programs will be directed by Tai McCray.  Each group of 6-8 athletes will be accompanied by a certified performance coach.


We strive to empower athletes to take ownership of their fitness goals and breakthrough barriers to bring about success and increase athleticism. 

What do our Training Programs include?

-  Initial movement screen and fitness assessment

-  Proper instruction on preparation and warming up

-  Effective strategies for recovery post exercise

-  Cyclical fitness testing to assess progress
