Lisa O'Regan, PT, DPT, OCS

Lisa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Creighton University and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018. She previously completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.

Throughout her career, Lisa has treated a diverse patient population, ranging from critically ill patients in intensive care settings to elite Ironman triathletes. Regardless of the individual or activity level, her passion is helping patients restore pain-free movement, maximize function, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy. She combines evidence-based orthopedic care with individualized treatment strategies to help patients achieve lasting results.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Lisa holds a Level 1 Coaching Certification from USA Track & Field (USATF). She has a particular interest in movement analysis and biomechanics, helping runners, throwers, jumpers, and multi-sport athletes improve performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce injury risk.

Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, playing disc golf and pickleball, and exploring Virginia's scenic hiking trails.
