Emma Arblaster grew up on a farm in rural Pennsylvania. From a very young age, she was running through the fields, lifting heavy chicken feed, and jumping over hay bales! Her active childhood sparked an inherent love for movement and an ambition to seek education in the field of exercise science.
Emma’s competitive and active nature drove her to become a diverse athlete in high school where she competed in basketball, volleyball, and track and field. Passion and hard work resulted in becoming a scholarship track and field athlete to Liberty University where she competed in the high jump, triple jump, the pentathlon, and the heptathlon.
While competing as a track and field athlete, Emma earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science along with biomedical and psychology minors.
Emma’s passion for training athletes goes beyond training the body. She believes in instilling confidence and developing a positive mindset in adversity. Her infectious positivity and encouragement are woven into her philosophy of whole-body training.
