John Simmons developed his passion for sports performance through his own experiences as a competitive athlete. A lifelong baseball player, he competed at the NCAA Division I level for Liberty University, where he earned All-Tournament Team honors in 2023. Experiencing firsthand the impact that strength and performance training had on his athletic success inspired him to pursue a career helping others reach their full potential.
