Taylen Rey began her love for exercise and health when she did gymnastics as a little kid, where she worked her way to compete in national championships. She started track in high school, becoming a scholarship collegiate pole vaulter for Liberty University. She studied therapeutic Exercise Science and got a Master’s in Human Performance: Strength and Conditioning from Liberty. Her love for exercise and sports turned into a passion for coaching and teaching others about sports performance and health through exercise.
After completing her sports career at Liberty, Taylen began coaching pole vault and working with the track team in sprint performance and strength and conditioning. She loves working with athletes who are eager to improve their performance by developing strength, power, and speed and anyone who wants to move and feel better through exercise.
